Guarantee of work

Added Touch Salon and it's team stand by a high standard of excellence and quality of service. Given this, it is the policy of Added Touch Salon to guarantee the services we provide to our clients. A particular time frame is allotted for each service we provide in the salon which would allow clients to call in and express any questions or concerns. For any hair cutting service, the policy covers up to 48 hours. This allows clients ample time to wash and style their hair on their own. Coloring services are guaranteed longevity and vibrancy for one week. If the color fades or does not color grays properly, the client would have ample time to make the observation. For perms and straightening services the policy is a two-week time frame. Nail service policy covers nails in a 7-day period under average circumstances. An investigation into any discrepancy will be handled with the utmost care and urgency.

Added Touch Salon has a no refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Added Touch Salon values our clients and their time which is why we ask for the same courtesy and respect with our scheduling policies. The salon requires at least 24-hr notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment has been made less than 24hrs it's requested to cancel at least 4hrs before your scheduled appointment. However, the salon understands that accidents and emergencies happen which may prevent 24-hr notice at which case we will do our best to reschedule an appointment in a timely manner. No call No show appointments will be handled on a three strike basis. The first time is on us, we understand life can get in the way, however, a credit card on file will be needed to hold any future appointment times, upon a second occurrence 50% of the service fee will be charged , and third time 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Late Policy

It is the salons request you call in advance if you know you are going to be late for an appointment. If you arrive late we will make every effort to accommodate and continue with your appointment. However, if you are 15 minutes late or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to a different day or reschedule to a service which fits in the time frame you have. We are committed to a quality service and do our best to comfortably accommodate every client.
